I realized that I haven't updated the blog in a couple of weeks. Things have been busy.
My mom was here to visit the last weekend of September. We went to our church's Harvest Festival, did some shopping, ate at Ruth's Chris, and enjoyed hanging out. Rebecca sure loves her Grammy!
Then last week, Rebecca came down with a cold and was really congested. We thought she was better and then got sick at daycare on Tuesday, so Ramy was off with her on WEdnesday and I stayed off with her on Thursday. They started her on a prescription cough medicine and decongestant. She's also finally cutting a tooth, so she's been a little cranky. I just pray she'll do okay at daycare on Tuesday. I live in fear of Arlene telling us she won't keep Rebecca anymore, and then we'll have to hire a nanny for her. Actually, of all the things that could happen to Rebecca, that's far from the worst, so I won't say that's what I live in fear of.
Rebecca and I are headed to Tennessee this week. We'll just be there for a long weekend (Thursday night through Monday night) to see my mom and friends.
