On Sunday, we celebrated Father's Day with Ramy. We went to church at my mom's church and then had a southern country buffet lunch. That evening, we went to Connor's Steakhouse for dinner, where Ramy enjoyed a ribeye and lobster tail. Rebecca also enjoyed it!
I had done a project for Ramy as a Father's Day gift for him. I took these pictures of Rebecca holding up letters to spell DADDY, and I'll be framing them in a horizontal collage frame.
Hopefully he will actually take them to work and hang them up. On second thought, knowing how he is about keeping a single box with all his belongings on the floor in his office so he can pack up in less than 5 minutes, I think I will go hang it myself!
I also got a Daddy/Daughter storybook for Rebecca. She enjoyed having her daddy read it to her (she's wearing a Father's Day shirt that my mom made for her).
It was a sweet day. I hope Ramy felt loved and appreciated as a dad!
